The treatment is really simple. You will be lying on the couch. Paddles are placed over the clothes onto the area to be treated and you can relax for 30 minutes.
The treatment is started at a low intensity and increased slowly. During the treatment you can feel intense contractions as the paddle will hold your stomach rigid for seconds at a time with periods of relaxed tapping in-between.
The treatment is painless, there is no downtime and no pain. Also there is not usually muscle fatigue the day after which would normally be associated with intense exercise.

This is going to vary a little from client to client depending where they start and what they want to achieve. We recommend a minimum of 4 sessions these can be 3 days to a week or two apart. It really depends what your goal is and your time scale.
